GO TRI Local Roker Duathlon is a short fun race that anyone can join in with. You will need a bike, helmet, trainers.
The race has been sponsored by CMS METAL FABRICATION SPECIALISTS who are covering the cost of all entries so this event is FREE to enter.
It's specifically aimed at beginners with a course that's a 1km run/4km bike/1km run. Event begins at 9am. Registration opens at 8am. Children (8+ including 7-year-olds turning 8 in 2023) can enter individually or as part of a family entry where one adult enters and then fills out a paper form on the morning of the event.
