Open to entrants aged 14 and above on the day of racing. (please see disclaimer below regarding 14-15 yr olds)
Following a successful day at the GO TRI Newark Aquathlon, Lincoln Tri Club and Triathlon England are coming together once again to bring you GO TRI Newark Triathlon. This is an event designed to introduce beginners into multi-sport in an encouraging "no-pressure" environment. For the more experienced athlete, this is the perfect short-distance opportunity to use as a time trial against yourself.
This is NOT a race, the emphasis is on enjoyment and completion and a great way to gain experience in a new sport, stay healthy and meet new people.
The sections will be timed altogether (no splits) and you will have time to change clothing between the sections.
