GO TRI event based at he Granary (Amble Health and Leisure Club) and is a brilliant venue for a first tri.
For the adults and Youths, the swim is 200m in a 20m pool, the bike is 3 miles out and back on the very quiet links road and the run is 2 laps of the 500m circuit of the grass opposite the pool.
For the Children (TS1, TS2 & TS3), the swim is 80m in a 20m pool, the bike 2 x 500m laps of the grass and the run is 1 lap of the grass opposite the pool.
