TFN Tri Club are pleased to host a GO TRI duathlon (run/bike/run) on a closed road circuit free of traffic at Harvey Hadden Sports Village. Two distances will be offered; Super Sprint (1.6km/4.5km/600m) and Sprint (2.7km/9km/1.7km) with the run on the grassy areas around the sports village and cycle on the closed road tarmac track. This event is open to all abilities, is perfect for newcomers to multi-sport events and will be a fun morning of racing! As part of the race entry you will also have access to 3 duathlon specific training sessions run by qualified and experienced TFN coaches to give you the confidence and skills to be able to complete the GO TRI duathlon.
