Overview
GO TRI Ponteland in 2020 will be based at Ponteland Leisure Centre and consist of a 200m swim followed by a 9km and a 3km run.
First swimmers start at 19:00hrs from Ponteland Leisure Centre. Please arrive by 6.30pm to allow time to hear the race briefing.
