We are an indoor cycling hub, with elite coaches and a varied timetable. We have two studio rooms, a spin room offering 27 bikes and a Wattbike room with 8 bikes. we have the facility to deliver Strength and Conditioning sessions, FTP and MMP testing. We offer Sufferfest, Time Trials, Club Rides and BootSpins also. We have separate Male and Female changing rooms, and toilets. Off road car parking and we are easy to find about 200m off Altrincham Rd, by the Airport tunnels.

Overview

Pro Spin are proud to host our Spring GO TRI Duathlon. Located close to Manchester Airport in the Cheshire village of Ashley, the bike course takes in the leafy roads around Ashley, Mobberley and Wilmslow. The run is an out and back course under the runway tunnels. The Duathlon will take place between 9am and 12pm with several waves throughout the morning. There will be lots going on at the club, so supporters are very welcome. This will be a fun event, suitable for all levels of athlete to enjoy their Sunday morning.
