The event comprises of a 300m swim (12 lengths) in an indoor heated swimming pool followed by a 2.5km (2 laps) run across flat grassland.
The transition area is a grassy area just outside of the swimming pool where you can get a drink, change into trainers etc. and this leads immediately onto the start of the run.
The course will be marshalled and coordinated by the Active in the Community event team.
We welcome everyone, from those completely new to aquathlons to those that want to use this as training for longer distances.
