Overview
Come and try a GO TRI event for beginners to give the sport of triathlon a go. 250m (10 lengths) swim; 7.5 km (4.7 miles) bike on local roads; 2.4 km (1.5 mile) run around the local park adjacent to the leisure centre, on grass and paths. Ages 16 and over. Race starts at 3pm and registration opens at 1.15pm.
