GO TRI South Leeds Mince Pie Duathlon is back for a second year!
The Duathlon will take place on Sunday 24th November 2019, starting from the Watsonian Pavilion in the centre of the park. There will be 3 races on the day: an open race (15+), a Leeds Girls Can female-only race (15+) and a junior race (10-14). The open race will include: 2.3km run, 4.5km cycle, 2.3km run. The Leeds Girls Can race will include: 2.3km run, 3.5km cycle, 750 metre run. The junior race will include: 600 metre run, 2.4km cycle, 300 metre run.
All races will be marshaled, signposted and traffic free. Registration for all races will open at 9.15am. The junior race will start at 10am with the open and Leeds Girls Can races starting at around 10.30am. The route is on tarmac paths and you will need to bring a bike/cycling helmet and your running gear. Mince pies for all those taking part!
There is a no helmet, no race policy so please remember your cycling helmet.
