This is the second year of this event, run by Embrace Sport in conjunction with North Shields Poly triathlon section. It's a GO TRI event which means that it's all about inclusiveness and getting children involved regardless of ability or experience. As long as you have a serviceable bike, a helmet and trainers that's all you need to get involved. There'll be all the usual atmosphere of a big event including music, medals and electronic timing with loads of encouragement from the crowd!
