Join us for the first ever Telford GO TRI Aquathlon, especially suitable for beginners but open to all abilities.
First, you will swim 200 metres (8 lengths) of a heated indoor pool using breast stroke or front crawl (or whatever stroke you feel most comfortable with).
Then, our friendly marshals will guide you to the athletics track where you will complete a 2.5km (1.5 miles) run at your own pace. Finally, you will be rewarded with a medal.
