To all UEA freshers and returning students who've ever wanted to *TRI* a swim-bike-run event, this beginners is for you!
UEA Triathlon Club has specially designed this friendly beginner event for budding athletes like yourself- and it's FREE!
This is an AQUATHLON which means a swim followed by a run. First you SPLASH! Swim 8 lengths of the Sportspark pool (that's 200m). Then you DASH! = Run 7.5 laps of the Sportspark athletics track (that's 3km)
Just put your trainers and running kit on over the top of your swimsuit in the transition area.
