Winter Westfield GO TRI Aquathlon will consist of 200m (8 lengths) swim in an indoor pool, followed by a 2.4km run.
Registration from 11:00
Start from 12:15
Any swim stroke is acceptable, except backstoke (as you can’t see where you’re going). Swimmers will be set off in waves to ensure each lane has plenty of space. You can take your time, and even stop for a breather.
The run will be fully marshalled and within the school grounds. There are no public roads to cross. You can run, jog or walk.
This is a friendly and fun event suitable for complete beginners, and a great opportunity to meet the Sheffield Triathlon club members and learn more about triathlon and other multisport events.
