Overview

The Aquathlon is the annual Windrush Triathlon Club sports event held in the surrounds of Brockwell Park. Incorporating a swim in the Brockwell Lido and run over the undulating park, the event provides a safe traffic free environment within London for those wanting to try an aspect of triathlon without the need for a bicycle.

The event started because the club wanted to create an event for all athletic abilities in the local area we enjoy training in. Now entering it's seventh year the event has been built from the ground up, growing into a firm favourite for many with athletes of all walks of life and club members taking part.

Although the years have brought some change to the event, the ethos continues to remain – it's a non-profit inclusive local event for all regardless of age, gender, ability or physical limitation set in a beautiful accessible location. A range of exciting prizes will also be awarded on the day.
