Workington Leisure Centre's GO TRI KIDS event is a brilliant way of trying a triathlon regardless of ability or experience.
A pool based swim of 4 lengths (100m) then in to a 3km bike ride and a 1km run to finish off.
The bike and run routes are traffic-free and off road.
The event is Sunday 11 August starting at 10am. We will be giving one overall time for the event.
