A pool based swim of 12 lengths (300m) then in to a 4 mile (6.5km) bike ride and a 3km run to finish off.
The bike and run routes are traffic-free and largely off road. This event is perfect for those wanting to try it for the first time or those who have already taken part in GO TRIs or triathlons.
The event is Sunday 11 August starting at 10am. We will be giving one overall time for the event.
