Race in safety in this traffic free Duathlon. We have 3 distance this year. Race one starts with a 5km run in the Kent countryside. Then onto the track for a 20km ride (8 laps ) around the Cyclopark track. It's then back out again for a 2nd 5km run. Race 2 will be a 10km run, 30km Bike ( 12 laps), 5km run. Race 3 will also be a GO TRI event for anyone new to the sport of Duathlon. This will be a 2.5km run on the track, 15km bike (6 laps), then a 2.5km run off site.
