Overview
Taking place at Grendon Lakes in rural Northamptonshire, this popular sprint triathlon will take competitors on a superfast sprint triathlon course.
This early season open water triathlon gives novices and beginners a great first time introduction to open water triathlon racing and is a great start to the 2014 UK triathlon season for more experienced triathletes
As with all of our events, all abilities are welcome and encouraged to compete. This inland piece of water is not exposed to currents and tides, making the 750m swim a fast one in a clear piece of water. The bike is more of a challenge coming in at just over 20k with a flat two lap 5k run course to finish the event off.
