Port Talbot Harriers are proud to announce the newest race on the calendar for 2023 the GV70.Tri - Wales’ newest Middle-Distance Race which is aimed at athletes of all abilities especially those who are trying out the longer distance for the very first time.
The event is aimed to be friendly and very welcoming to those who wish to take part. We would like everyone to complete the full course but if it is your first time then you can choose if you wish to do the full distance. The race will consist of a 2 Lap Anti-Clockwise Sea Swim followed by a 2 Lap Bike Course and then a pancake flat 3 Lap Run. We even have a Relay Option so your Family and Friends can get involved.
There will be no DNF’s at this race all you need to do is give it a GO and you will get that all important bit of bling.There are however cut off’s as we have to think about all the wonderful marshals who will be giving up their time and of course you if we think at any time, you are struggling and it could cause you a health issue then we will remove you from the course and bring you back to the finish line.
