First Stride Events are joining forces with Hampton Pool to offer a beginner friendly Sprint Triathlon to finish the season off at this great venue on the edge of Bushy Park.

The course will start with a swim of just over 432m in the outdoor heated pool, followed by a 20km ride on local roads which will be quiet with the early start and a 5km pavement run along side Hampton Court Green.

This is a great course and venue for the novice looking for a taster to the sport or an experienced triathlete looking for one last race of the season.

The event will start at 6am to take advantage of the quiet roads.
