Harlech Duathlon – Open Event and Welsh Sprint Championships 2017.
For those who enjoy a run/bike/run challenge Harlech Duathlon offers a truly memorable event. The first run shares the same route as the Triathlon along the spectacular shoreline of the Cambrian Coast. The bike ride also shares the same sheltered route to a turnaround in the centre of Harlech. The second run to Storm the Castle provides the challenge of climbing 200 steps to finish inside Harlech Castle.
The Custodians of the Castle offer all competitors and their supporters free access to the Castle on the day of the event. They can cheer you as you climb the 200 steps.
