Harlech Duathlon – Welsh Sprint Championships 2016For those who enjoy a run/bike/run challenge Harlech Duathlon provides a spectacular event. The first run shares the same route as the Triathlon along the spectacular shoreline of the Cambrian Coast. The bike ride also shares the same sheltered route to a turnaround in the centre of Harlech. The second run to Storm the Castle provides the challenge of climbing the 1 in 4 Harlech zig zags to reach the finish in Castle Square.The Duathlon is an open event. This year Harlech has the honour of being selected by the Welsh Triathlon Association as the Welsh National Sprint Duathlon Championships
