The swim is a deep-water start, 750m clock-wise loop of Stanborough Lake. The bike course follows an anti-clockwise loop of exactly 20km in length. The course is on hard, compacted ground with short cut grass, so despite being an off-road run, is incredibly fun to race on and can make for some fast times! There is one short climb towards the end of each lap.
