IRONMAN UK is the premier full distance race in the United Kingdom. Returning to Bolton for the 8th time, it involves a 2.4 mile swim in Pennington Flash, a 112 mile bike ride through Lancashire and a 26.2 mile marathon to the finish in Bolton town centre.
