This standard distance triathlon will be run alongside a Quadrathlon, from the Ancholme leisure centre in Brigg.

The 1500mtr river swim is possibly one of the easiest sighting swims on the event calendar, with it being a straight out and back, so all you have to do is swim straight. The 30k cycle leg is on open roads and as we are in Lincolnshire it is very flat. Out onto the 9.3K run you will head into Brigg before going onto the towpath following the river Ancholme. Again, the route is very flat however it does cover multi-terrain so please keep this in mind when you are training We encourage athletes of all abilities to enter and if you feel you are not up to doing the full event why not enter as a Team.
