Overview

The event is based at the Ancholme leisure centre just outside the market town of Brigg. This pool based 400mtr swim, set off in waves of athletes of the same ability is followed by a 20K bike on open roads, and very much proves that Lincolnshire is flat. This is an out and back course and is fully signed. Straight out onto the 5K run, heading towards Brigg where you will pick up a towpath along the river bank. Having reached the turn point, its straight back to the leisure centre and across the line.

Should you wish to bring family and friends along to support you, they will be able to get some good vantage points to cheer you on as well as grab a bite to eat and a drink in the cafeteria. This event prides its self on being all inclusive and fully supportive of athletes no matter what their ability or experience level.
