A beginner friendly event that is equally enjoyed by more experienced competitors. It consists of a 400m pool swim, a fast scenic 24km bike leg through the Conwy Valley and a 5km run into the Gwydir Forest (with a couple of hilly sections!). It is chip timed, well marshalled.
Based in the market town of Llanrwst in the Conwy Valley.
Organised by GOG Triathlon Club. Established in 2015, based in Llandudno/Conwy area and currently has 220 members.
