A Middle Distance Triathlon organised by a very experienced team of Triathletes. Incorporates the Welsh Middle Distance Championships for 2019. A 1.9km sea swim in the Burry Port estuary (if the weather isn't on our side then the event will be switched to the North Dock in Llanelli) followed by a 90km challenging bike ride through some breathtaking Carmarthenshire scenery. The 21km run course is fast and flat and a great finish will await at Burry Port Harbour. This has proved a firm favourite and is simply known as the Sizzler.
