Overview
For the 3rd year Monmouth Triathlon Club present their Monmouth Challenge Aquathlon. Swim in the River Wye, either 2km (500m upstream and then 1.5km downstream) or 1km (all downstream) followed by a 12.5km Multi-Terrain running route within the beautiful wooded lower Wye Valley just above Monmouth. It is mainly on public footpaths along the river bank - across fields and in places through woods, finishing with a mile on road.
