Meeting point

Race village and transitions on the Inner Green in Perranporth town. The race starts on the waters edge on Perranporth's beautiful beach. Cycle on 'B' roads and lanes. The race finishes back on the Green in town following the beach/cliff run. Post race food and beers, presentation at the fabulous Watering Hole, the UK's premier 'on the beach' beach bar.

Come along and join the thousands of athletes who have this little gem of an event under their belts!

It's the 30th year of our world acclaimed Perranporth Extreme Surf Triathlon, voted one of the best small triathlons in the UK. Extreme it certainly is continuing to attract world class athletes year after year.
The race consists of an open sea swim up to 1km depending on the Atlantic surf conditions. Follow this with a lung bursting 38km cycle - along both country and main roads through finest tin country. The cream on top? A run of 7.5km on beach and over cliff path and dunes on Cornwall's most beautiful beach.
