Mixed Relay event which will see a team of 4 consisting of 2 men and 2 woman each doing a Super Sprint Triathlon which will be a 300m lake swim, 7mile flat bike course and 1mile run. The event is the first of it's kind to be staged in Wales and we have a maximum of 60 teams battling it out. The race promises to be fast and will no doubt be exiting for both competitors and spectators.
