RAF Cosford will host an RBL Sprint Duathlon on closed roads on the Airfield. This event will also incorporate the RAF Triathlon Sprint Duathlon Championships. All abilities are welcome to compete, especially those who consider themselves to be a novice. Cosford Triathlon Club also have a small stock of road bikes available to loan for the race if required.

The course itself will be entirely on the airfield site of RAF Cosford and will utilise both the main runway and the peri-track around the far side of the airfield. The distances will be as follows: (approximate) Run 5km Cycle 20km Run 2.5km. These distances and courses are subject to change due to the airfield being fully active with the Midlands Air Ambulance residing there.
