Rossendale Triathlon has established itself as a "athletes Race" A race that is organised for and by triathletes. You will experience a 400m swim in the beautiful setting of Marl Pits Leisure Centre, Rawtenstall in the heart of the East Lancashire Pennines, followed by a lumpy 21km bike ride which includes the "Crown Point Roller Coaster" and 5 miles of descent back into Rossendale. The run is a crowd pleasing undulating 5km comprising of 3 laps, combining road, trail and track. Be sure not to leave before the presentation where there will be lots of great spot prizes.
