The first of three team members completes the 400m lake swim, 11.5 mile cycle and 2.4 mile, two lap run around the lake before handing on to the next team member, who will do the same and hand on to the final team member. The team's time is taken as the cumulative time of all three members.
This is a fun and very spectator friendly race that attracts seasoned athletes and first timers alike, that is celebrating its 31st year in 2019.
