A BRAND NEW pool based Sprint Triathlon at Ponteland Leisure Centre organised by Ponteland Tri Club, North East Region Triathlon Club of the Year 2017 and organisers of the GO TRI Ponteland series of events. We are expanding on our experience of running GO TRI events and organising a Sprint Triathlon for the first time in 2018.

The swim will be in four lanes in the pool. The bike route will head out into the beautiful country roads around Ponteland. A ‘Dead Zone’ will neutralise the section through the traffic lights so you don’t need to worry about getting caught at the lights.

Prizes will be awarded to first, second and third in all race categories. Event t-shirts and a goody bag for all participants. Come and support your local friendly tri club in their first Sprint Triathlon.
This event forms part of the North East Regional Grand Prix.
