Overview
You can enter the aquathlon individually. Alternatively, enter as a team with one person completing the swim and another completing the run. This is the first in the series and will take place on Wednesday 23rd May 2018.
The format is a pool based swim followed by a safe traffic free run. The swim is 400m which is 16 lengths of the swimming pool. You will then leave the pool, put on your running shoes and running top and complete the 5km circuit.
There will be medals to all finishers and prizes. Please bring family and friends with you to support and cheer you on.
