WELSH TRIATHLON NATIONAL STANDARD DISTANCE TRIATHLON CHAMPIONSHIP 2019
Stage 2 of the 2019 Welsh Triathlon Super Series
The race will start with a lake swim before heading out on a Multi Lap Bike Course (Standard = 4) before returning and completing 2 laps of the lake for the run. If you're looking for a PB then this is the course for you
