Tri3 Sleaford will be four years old on 21st October 2017 and to celebrate we will be running a run-bike-run duathlon event to be followed by refreshments and cake....lots of cake. Everyone welcome - members and non-members aike. We will cater for complete beginners to duathlon with our short course but also have a more challenging and longer course for those who want to test themselves or wishing to step up in distance.
