The format will be an open water swim at Box End Park, before a run around the surrounding trails.

The Adult and Children's waves will be set off at separate times, allowing the children's race to finish before our adults take to the course.

This event is open to everyone, regardless of ability, and we encourage those new to multi-sport to come along and give it a go in a friendly and fun environment.

In the unlikely event that the water be lower that 16 degrees in temperature, the junior race will be moved to a run only format.
Distances: Children - 100m Open water swim, 1.5km Run
Distance: Adults- 400m Open water Swim, 5km Run
Minimum Age: 9yrs (on 31/12/2023)
