The Inter Regional Duathlon is an annual duathlon competition between the London, South-East and East Regions.
Participation is by invitation by the junior co-ordinator for your region.
DISTANCES
YOUTHS (15-16 years) 1.8km run / 9.6km bike / 1.8km run.
TRISTAR-3 (13-14 years) 1.8km run / 8km bike / 1.2km run.
TRISTAR-2 (11-12 years) 1.2km run / 5km bike / 600m run.
TRISTAR-1 (9-10 years) 600m run / 3km bike/ 600m run
REGISTRATION:
Opens 09:30am.
RACE BRIEFING: The briefing will take place immediately before each wave start. Please be circuit side 10mins before race start is due.
RACE STARTS:
TRISTAR 1: 10:15am
TRISTAR 2: 10:55am
TRISTAR 3: 11:35am
YOUTHS: 12:15am
PARKING: Onsite for participants only (4 hours max from arrival.) To get the free parking you MUST input your Registration Number into the terminal near to the registration desk. Failure to do so will result is a substantial parking fine.
