Course Information
Join GO TRI and Tri50 for a fun-filled cycle skills session at Aylesbury High School, plus find out how to negotiate a speedy Triathlon transition.
- Cycling skills necessary for safe riding on open roads
- How, when and why to use your gears
- How to corner
- How to get through transition quickly
- Loads and loads of practice
This is a three hour session from 3:45pm - 6:45pm , Monday 21st May.
