Course Information

Come and join qualified British Triathlon coaches for an open water swim session at Parc Bryn Bach.

The Intermediate Session is aimed at those triathletes or open water swimmers who feel confident in the water and swimming in groups but want to learn extra skills and techniques to give them the edge.

There will be plenty of opportunities to ask our skilled coaches any questions you may have about open water swimming. 

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the open water training session. 

Equipment needed: 

• Wetsuit  
• Swim hat 

• Goggles  
• Towel  
• Tow float ( if you have one)

• Tri-suit/ swimming costume
• Any refreshments for after the activity
