We are really pleased to offer this fantastic "Rethinking Your Approach to Running Injury Free" course to Level 2, (and above,) triathlon coaches.
Please note that the course content is aimed at Level 2 and above coaches and priorty will be given to triathlon coaches with full BTF membership for places on this course. If we still have places available after 1st August we will open applications to coaches from related disciplines.
The course will take place at Brunel University, in the Indoor Athletics Track on Saturday 14th October 2017 from 09:30 through to 17:00.

CONTENT
AM: Strategies for Preventing Common Triathlon Injuries (3hrs)
- Understanding common running injuries in triathletes
- Developing and implementing an effective rehab/prehab routine
- Managing training load to avoid common training errors
BREAK: A buffet lunch will be provided, please let Jon Train know if you have any specific dietary requirements.
PM: Running Technique Analysis & Coaching (3hrs)
- Fundamentals of running gait - Understanding what you’re seeing
- Biomechanical dysfunctions and their relationship with common injuries
- Running gait retraining - How to make sustainable changes for your athletes
There are practical elements so please come prepared to be active.
