Course Information
This webinar explains the ‘C’ System, the framework that underpins the traditional model of coaching by supporting the holistic development of children as performers and as people. Following the ‘C’ system can have a huge effect on your coaching and on those you coach. The values embedded in the system can enrich a child’s sporting experience. It helps guide your thinking in terms of session planning and delivery, and how you relate to people. This webinar is suited for all qualified Triathlon coaches who are currently coaching or looking to coach Children and Young People.
Delivered by Coach Education Tutor Emerick Kaitell, Emerick started working with children and young people thirty-two years ago. In the preceding years, he has worked across a variety of sectors, from Youth Clubs, Play Centres, Recreation Centres, Sports Clubs, Schools, Colleges and University. He has a BSc Sports Science, PGCE Secondary Physical Education and MA Education that has contributed to his learning in how children and young people learn and develop.
