GO TRI Women's Beginner's Triathlon Training Day

At the London 2012 Mountain Bike Park on 29 October we are hosting a Women's Beginners Day

Fancy giving Triathlon a go but don't know where to start. Our Women's Beginners sessions could be just right for you. You will learn all you need to know and more as well as being in like minded company!  

GO TRI Something New. Swim, cycle, walk or run yourself fit with GO TRI.  This local sessions is a fab way to get moving in a friendly and supportive environment.
Stress free / family fun / enjoyable /creating new goals / challenge yourself.


The training day is aimed primarily at first timer women who have just entered or intend to enter their first GO TRI or GO TRI + Event.

The session will be led by British Triathlon qualified female coaches.

The session is designed to cover swim, bike and run activities, so by the end of the session you will have the skills and knowledge to participate in GO TRI events.

Skills you will learn:-

Swim Technique
Bike Skills - any type of bike
Run Drills
Transition Practice

It's only £5 but please note you'll have to pay for parking.  

Date: Saturday 29 October

TIme: 9.30 – 12.30pm

Bring any bike, everything is off road and depending upon the weather you'll be given th eoption to try spme some open water swimming. Don't worry this isn't compulsory. For more information and to book your place check the link HERE
