The ITU Sprint Triathlon World Championships in Chicago saw the Great Britain Age-Group Team win one gold, four silver and six bronze medals.
Alan Bremner was Great Britain’s gold medal winner, claiming the top spot on the podium in the 55-59 age-group with a time of 1:06.08
In the men’s 30-34 age-group, Great Britain celebrated silver for Benjamin Terry who improved upon his fourth place in yesterday’s ITU Aquathlon World Championships. Paul Ryman (read his pre-race interview here) won bronze, finishing on the ITU World Championship podium for the fourth successive year.
In the men’s 25-29 category Edward Castro, who came into today’s event as reigning world and European champion finished in third.
European silver medallist from Geneva, Elizabeth Bullivant won silver in the women's 35-39 age-group.
