In an exciting new partnership, British Triathlon is launching a brand-new Zwift Club to support the swim bike run community.
The British Triathlon Zwift Club will use the leading indoor cycling platform to provide regular virtual group training rides, providing the opportunity to socialise and be part of a community whilst training from home.
The rides will be led by British Triathlon staff, athletes and ambassadors, who will use their coaching and riding experience to provide sessions suited to people of all abilities.
The first ever British Triathlon Zwift Club ride will take place on 1 December and to sign up for the Club click here.
The new British Triathlon Zwift Club is part of the organisation’s growing partnership with Zwift providing the swim bike run community the best opportunities to experience the sport together.
Ben Cummings, British Triathlon Director of Partnerships, said: “The creation of the new British Triathlon Zwift Club is going to offer a unique opportunity for members of our community to come together and train virtually, getting all the benefits of a group training environment without the need to travel. I can’t wait to see how this partnership develops in 2024 and I hope to see plenty of new faces on our club rides.”
Richard Melik, Triathlon Sports Marketing at Zwift, Inc, added: “Triathletes love indoor training on Zwift because it is time efficient, effective and fun - even more so when the training is in a group environment. We are confident that the British Triathlon Club on Zwift will go from strength to strength during the partnership."
