"WELL DONE to our young athletes who competed at the Inter Regional Championships this weekend. Every one of them dug deep and put in a tremendous effort. 14 out of 16 athletes made the A final and there were individual medals for Aidan Turner (Gold T2 boy), Jamie Lonergan (Bronze T2 boy) and Katy Otterson (Gold T2 girl). 

Overall the North East won the team GOLD medal. Real team effort and definitely deserved.
