Check out who is heading to Strathclyde

This year's British Triathlon Inter Regional Championships will take place at Strathclyde Country Park near Glasgow on the weekend of Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th September 2015.  The IRCs is a team event, with 3 athletes racing in each category and the best 10 scores will be taken for the overall team score.  In 2015, the North-East team finished 5th overall, with an age group win for Kieron Mutch and a bronze medal for Dan Dixon.

For the North-East athletes, the 2016 qualifying races were at Strathclyde on 4th June and at Hetton on 19th June.  The successful athletes to be selected are:
