Open Water Coaching Session
British Triathlon are looking for some triathletes and open water swimmers to come along to be coached in open water for FREE.
A number of British Triathlon coaches will be attending an open water coaching workshop to develop their skills. An integral part of the workshop is the applied practical experience the coaches will get from coaching a session with a group of swimmers. This means we need you to come and swim!
- Date: Sunday 29th April
- Time: Required: 1.30-4pm
- Number Required: 30-40
- Where? Druridge Bay, County Park
After the sessions, you will be given the opportunity to provide feedback to the coaches they worked with as part of the process.
Important Information:
- It’s appropriate for people who have had experience swimming in open water environments before. It will not be suitable for those who have never swum open water before. As a guide we recommend that you should be able to swim 400m.
